Registration and set-up will take place on Thursday, March 30, 2017. To ease congestion on the festival site, times will be staggered over 4 two-and-a half-hour increments with appointed times.
VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE GRASS at any time and no staking without prior approval (to determine sprinkler line locations). Booth Space may be on grass or cement, and may not be changed after assignment.
ARTIST PARKING AREA
VEHICLES MUST BE OFF OF THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS and surrounding tarmac during showtime. Vehicles must be parked in the ARTIST PARKING AREA by 9:00 AM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Artist parking is conveniently located in an area closely adjacent to the Festival.

Ample free and valet parking is available on-site for our customers.
There is no overnight parking allowed in Indian Wells.

However, The INDIAN WELLS ARTS FESTIVAL, The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Dianne Funk Enterprises, Inc. will assume no responsibility or liability for any damages including but not limited to loss suffered before, during or after the Festival, or as a result of the display of work, equipment and materials.
